I REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND SELLING COLOUR PALLETS?

I don't get it, you can not claim colors ..... and then sell them... to me it's the same as selling a screen shot, you did not create the color.... the combinations belong to everyone and anyone... if you make a design with it patterns,lines,then.. color then that's a creation that you can put under copy right but selling a pallet it's crazy!!!
I swear I do not understand people that pay for it lol you have every right to you that color combination if you want, their is not law or any sort that can put colors under copy right not even on a flag, I've seen people sell white and black on a color pallet....people will do anything for $$$$ ...
